How It All Started
Hello! My name is Lizzie, and my journey into veganism didn’t happen overnight. It was a gradual transformation fueled by a love for food, a passion for health, and a growing awareness of the impact our choices have on the planet and animals. It all began when I started experimenting with plant-based recipes in an attempt to find healthier alternatives to traditional comfort foods.
At first, it was all about discovering how to make creamy sauces without dairy, fluffy pancakes without eggs, and rich desserts without butter. Each successful attempt felt like a little victory. What started as a personal challenge soon turned into a deep appreciation for the versatility of plant-based ingredients. Before long, friends and family began asking for recipes, and the idea of creating a blog was born.
