  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup grated apple (about 1 medium apple)

  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (plus more for cooking)
